Development Associate
(Hybrid in Chicago)
Our client a shared services provider for non-profit organizations - is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious junior associate to join their Development and Fundraising team.

What you get to do
- Donor relations, including processing and recording donations, tracking donor info, sending follow-up communications, resolving issues, etc.
- Identify new donor prospects and conduct research/compile reports to share with clients on top leads
- Manage database and produce reports (using Excel and Salesforce)
- Virtual and in-person event coordination
What you need to get the job done
- Bachelor s degree required
- 1-4 years' of professional experience
- Experience using Excel
- Previous exposure to Salesforce preferred, but not required
- Interest in public policy reform
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and a customer-service mindset
