Immediate need for a talented Utility Electrical Designer. This is a 12+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Washington, DC (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $41/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Required to have a two-year technical degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5-10 years experience with drafting and design in the power industry.
- Required to have 3 years experience working directly with designing in a specific engineering discipline (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.) including the ability to verify system configurations by performing field walk downs.
- 3-10 years of Electrical Design experience with any utility or energy company is required.
- Ability to conduct effective site visit, navigating GIS Software, design work on software, understanding electrical/civil terms and equipment.
- Will be working on Renewable and Clean energy projects.
