The ideal candidate will be responsible for all financial and accounting functions for a pharmaceutical company, with experience optimising profitable growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Directs financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Compares projections to actual figures and adjusts budgets accordingly.
- Identifies areas for operational improvement
- Forecasts economic trends and explores expansion opportunities.
- Exhibits strong business acumen and strategic planning.
- Negotiates contracts and drives cost reduction.
- Influences organization with financial insights.
- Build and enhance the capabilities of the finance and accounting team
Qualifications
- Master s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
- Strong finance-based analytical skills
- 10 years of Finance experience in Life Sciences
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required
