Job Description: We are currently seeking a Family Law Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience to handle a diverse caseload of family law matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, adoption, and domestic violence cases. The candidate should possess excellent analytical, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills, along with the ability to provide strategic legal advice and representation to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of family law matters from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and pleadings
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediation sessions
- Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on various family law issues
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
- Maintain organized case files and documentation
- Stay updated on changes in family law statutes and legal precedents
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the Arizona State Bar
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client advocacy
