Design Director
Looking for an experienced Design Director to manage a team of high-performing designers working in Agile/Scrum teams. Will lead, coach and mentor data-driven, customer centered product design team in a globally recognized media organization.
Skillset:
- 7+ years of experience as a hiring, managing, and mentoring successful multiple designers.
- 10+ years of experience as a product designer with successful outcomes for digital products, reaching millions of users, preferably in a media context.
- 3+ years of design system experience (UX Design, Design Research)
