Qualifications:
- High school diploma and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance supervision within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in aluminum production or similar industries.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements applicable to industrial maintenance operations.
