Position Overview:
As the Lead Foreman, you will be the linchpin of our project operations in West Palm Beach, ensuring the successful execution of high-end carpentry and millwork projects from inception to completion. Your leadership, expertise, and commitment to quality craftsmanship will drive the success of our ventures in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management: Lead and oversee all aspects of carpentry and millwork projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of carpenters, craftsmen, and subcontractors, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and safety on-site.
- Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality standards throughout all stages of project development, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry best practices.
- Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Solving: Proactively identify and address challenges and obstacles that may arise during project execution, implementing effective solutions to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery.
- Management: Manage material procurement, inventory control, and equipment utilization, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness while minimizing waste.
- Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site, prioritizing the well-being of workers and maintaining a clean, hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end carpentry and millwork, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing projects of varying scale and complexity.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management abilities, with the capacity to inspire, mentor, and empower team members to achieve excellence.
- Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques, woodworking tools, and construction materials, coupled with a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship.
