**JOB SUMMARY**

This role will work within the systems established in the USA sales operations business for Specialized but will be a member of the USA Retail LLC; visits to retail and weekly meetings will be required to incorporate feedback from managers and employees in stores to replenish the product range. The Retail Buyer will use established merchandising practices and analytics to build a range plan by store segment, setting reorder points for core inventory, and managing the days on hand to targeted levels.

**HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**

* Establish and manage range plans (assortment) by location for designated USA retail operations

* Responsible for submitting store stocking and special orders for SBC, and other vendors

* Replenish plan managing categories to days on hand goals, this includes,

+ Creating Oracle/B2B/POS orders/purchase orders, managing status of back-orders, finding alternative solutions to gaps and gain store feedback, and collaborate with Channel Planning Manager, retail managers, and store teams to provide feedback on range and replenishment levels

* Review trends and focus on well performing product

* Measure and drive qualitative and quantitative progress against identified action items

* Plan for new product launches and coordinate with the Channel Planning Manager on upcoming launches to ensure inventory is on-hand

* Work with the Retail Leadership team to refine the systems and increase efficiencies to scale program within the USA

**WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN**

* Obsessive attention to detail and an internal drive for accuracy

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, time-management, and prioritization skills

* Self-motivated and highly flexible with the ability to work creatively, under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

* Strong business insight and curiosity about the cycling industry and our brand3+ years in similar field of work

* Advanced level of knowledge using excel and software to manage data and inventory orders

* Working knowledge of Lightspeed POS is preferred

* Tableau report creation knowledge is a great bonus
