Role Overview


You should be an experienced and enthusiastic senior creative advertising content maker, able to draw on a broad and extensive palette of skills to create compelling content for film marketing campaigns across A/V, print, OOH, social and digital disciplines.

With an existing network of key industry contacts, you should be resourceful, solution seeking and passionate about collaborating across diverse markets.

You should have knowledge of creative strategy encompassing strategic imperatives and Audience Targeting, be able to co-ordinate market/audience research if required, with client s existing research agency or with a research partner from our network. Where relevant, you should be able to refine content to reflect international markets: local cultures and marketing environments.

You should be able to work in partnership with any additional services we may offer including Immersive, Internationalization, Localization, Media planning and Social Strategy.

A history of relationship building will be key: building trust and executing campaign priorities with film makers, talent and creative stakeholders is imperative.


Main Duties


  • Being the primary point of contact across all creative work for the Los Angeles office
  • Forging new, and evolving ongoing relationships with clients
  • Being able to generate imaginative content & copy across a/v, brands and social
  • Ensuring brand identity and message consistency across channels
  • Meeting client objectives, values, budgets, and deadlines
  • Leading and participating in brainstorming sessions
  • Keeping up with the latest trends, strategies, and technologies
  • Writing and presenting options to in-house team and external clients
  • Collaborating with editors, designers, and web developers across different departments to deliver concepts through to implementation
  • Generating straplines, taglines, full scripts and marketing copy across AV, Film, Print and Digital platforms
  • Creating campaigns and messaging that meets brand requirements and target audience
  • Campaign Management: proven track record of successfully executing and delivering international campaigns in multiple territories across a large and varied film slate
  • Creative Strategy: Interpreting core marketing pillars to shape creative strategy across all disciplines
  • Managing a team of producers and editors


Experience/Knowledge/Education


  • 7+ years experience within a creative/brand/digital agency is essential
  • Proven experience of managing a team
  • Demonstrable experience of forging new business relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong creative mind
  • Confidence working with clients to interrogate briefs and can present ideas back to them
  • Excellent copywriting skills in both long and short copy
  • Experience working with global brands, and a good mind for creative strategy


This position is based in our LA head office and the base pay range for this position is from $150,000 to $200,000 per annum. Actual amounts will vary based on the candidates skills, experience, and performance.
