The organization focuses on developing innovative solutions that facilitate life-saving procedures and meet unique application and performance requirements.

The organization is seeking a highly skilled Plant Manager to oversee the transformation of a key facility. The primary objective is to drive enhancements in throughput, efficiency, and profitability while instilling a strong continuous improvement culture across the plant. Additionally, this position entails overseeing and directing product development and manufacturing functions in alignment with quality and strategic business objectives. The site is growing quite significantly and needs a strong leader to come in and drive improvements across the board.

Requirements and Skills:

• Management, Business and/or Engineering Degree or advanced degree is highly recommended. Appropriate experience may be considered.
• Ten (10) years operations background in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven conceptual and hands-on technical capability
• Experienced in either plastics or closely allied manufacturing field
• Proven grasp of overall business picture
• Demonstrated leadership achievements in manufacturing management
• Strong grasp of U.S. economic factors and business cycles as they relate to purchasing and to running a manufacturing operation
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and develop personnel
