I am working with a firm with many locations throughout the Central Texas Areas who are seeking to bring on a Senior Civil/Site Leaders to build out their teams. The firm itself is a 1600+ person firm with a wide range of resources to assist with Career Progression, growth, and success. This opportunity allows the potential for ownership within the 1st year of employment with generous bonuses up to 20k+ along with exceptional benefits and more.
They are seeking someone who has and can maintain healthy client relationships and responsibilities of this role are listed
- Primarily focused on Business Development in pursuit of new clients
- Managing and Leading young staff professionals and assisting with growth throughout the office
- Design and Permit Commercial, Residential, multifamily, institutional, warehouse distribution centers, and mixed use projects both involved in with public and private clients
- Participate in Business meetings with existing and new clients promoting potential projects and expansion of existing projects.
- Lead Civil/Site efforts on a variety of project sites including the ability to design and oversee site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control, Etc.
- Oversee Project Lifecycle
- Perform other duties as requested.
- 10-15+ years of experience
- PE Required
- Texas Experience Preferred
