Job Summary:
As an Operations Manager at Gracie Barra, you hold a critical position that drives the spirit and culture of our company. Your primary responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring the seamless and efficient functioning of all processes. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team, fostering collaboration with other departments, and implementing new policies and procedures to meet our evolving needs. Key Responsibilities
As an Operation Manager at GB Wear, you will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise, performance manage, and develop staff, delegate tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments efficiently and effectively to ensure that all operations are aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee inventory management and work closely with the Warehouse Manager to manage ordering and tracking of supplies.
- Develop and manage budgets, and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and compliance standards, including some safety requirements
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
Minimum Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 2+ years of proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant software programs and tools, including Google Workspace and project management software.
Work Schedule & Pay Details:
- This is a full-time, salaried exempt position, on-site in Mission Viejo
- Office hours at 8am-5pm, however, this role s hours may vary and from time to time may require work on weekends and holidays.
- Pay range is approximately $75,000-$85,000 yearly.
