Job Summary:
Provide high-level Program Management support to our Government Customer on a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for administrative, technical, information technology, and support services. Work location will be at the Customer's offices in the DC Metro area. NOTE: THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AN ANTICIPATED CONTRACT AWARD.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and performance of programs.
  • Aids in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinates the preparation of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts.
  • Develops master plans and schedules, formulates solutions to address program problems, and directs the work of resources assigned to the program from various projects.
  • Perform assigned tasks within established deadlines, attend and participate in formal and ad hoc meetings, draft and review documents, schedules and related items,
  • Maintain accurate work products and documentation, follow and adhere to applicable IRS policies and procedures, meet and correspond with other IRS and Government personnel, including other Contractor personnel, and provide services and support to successfully satisfy the requirements of this IDIQ contract and its orders.
Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Required Qualifications:
  • Eight (8) years of relevant experience as a Program Manager supervising 15+ personnel.
  • Experience managing a contract with a cost between $5M - $20M at a federal agency in the last five (5) years.
  • Experience in preparing documentation and briefing high-level federal Executives/Stakeholders.
  • Ability to participate in an Oral Presentation.
  • Public Trust Clearance required.
  • Must be a US Citizen
