Position Title: Office Services/Hospitality Associate

As our Office Services/Hospitality Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and creating an exceptional experience for both internal and external clients. Key Responsibilities:

Office Services and Hospitality (50% of time):

  • Take charge of ordering and distributing office and kitchen supplies to keep our workspace fully stocked.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchens and conference rooms to ensure they are welcoming spaces.
  • Skillfully set up meeting rooms to facilitate seamless gatherings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist in arranging new employee desks and offices to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Provide backup support for IT meeting set-up services to keep technology running smoothly.
  • Act as the liaison with vendors for facilities and building needs, ensuring our office runs like a well-oiled machine.
  • Embrace any additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of our office operations.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas throughout the day, ensuring a pleasant environment for all.
  • Regularly organize office supply areas to optimize efficiency.
  • Fulfill copy job requests promptly and accurately, supporting staff and attorneys in their tasks.

Qualifications and Experience: Preferred Qualifications: Ideally, you have at least 3 years of experience in an office environment or other hospitality role, coupled with strong communication skills. Education: A high school diploma is preferred, while college coursework is advantageous but not mandatory. Computer/Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software is essential for success in this role.

Work Environment: You'll be based in our bustling Dallas office, working mostly indoors with minimal exposure to hazards. Flexibility is key, as you may occasionally need to work unplanned overtime to support office operations. The ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs is required.

Physical Demands:

  • Lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs with ease.
  • Operate rolling hospitality trays and dollies efficiently.
  • Be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Engage in various physical activities such as walking, reaching, bending, and keyboarding.
