Job Details
Our client, an American multinational personal care corporation that produces mostly paper-based consumer products, is seeking to hire a Export Coordinator to join their team in Neenah, Wisconsin! In this role, you facilitate sales and customer service of spare parts and lab supplies to international customers to ensure on-time delivery of accurate orders that are in compliance with all US Export and Foreign Government Import Regulations.
*This is a 12-month contract W2 to start, with the opportunity to extend or convert*
*Onsite in Neenah, Wisconsin*
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution to order inquiries and various questions or issues
- Utilize SAP and SED to complete and maintain accurate order and material information obtained from Procurement, vendors and other sources
- Ensure all required export documents are complete and accurate, as well as, correctly and timely transmitted to appropriate parties
- Work effectively with customers, vendors, warehouse team and carriers to complete and schedule shipments according to delivery date requirements
Qualifications
- Must have SAP experience
- Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel and SharePoint
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills in both verbal and written format
- Demonstrated problem solving capabilities
- Ability to work accurately and independently in fast paced environment while meeting established metrics
- Experience with exporting goods is highly desirable
