THE POSITION
We are working on an exciting new corporate opportunity with a small, established firm in Orange County. The firm is seeking a senior level corporate attorney with at least 7 years of experience. In this role, you will provide full-service corporate legal counsel to clients including emerging companies, established corporations, business partnerships and high net worth individuals. Typical work will include M&A, corporate formations, and general corporate counseling. Depending on experience, your title could be associate, counsel, or shareholder. The firm offers a hybrid working environment (with a long-term option to work remotely) and a very collegial environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 7 years of corporate experience at a top law firm
- Excellent academic credentials from top law school
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
