You will be responsible for assisting customers in the paint department, as well as providing product information and recommendations.Responsibilities and Duties:Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly mannerUnderstand customers' needs and recommend appropriate paint products and toolsMix and match paint colors accurately according to customers' specificationsProcess sales transactions accurately and efficientlyMaintain a clean and organized store appearanceReceive, stock, and price merchandise according to company standardsHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and efficient mannerStay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customersRequirements & Qualifications:Construction experience or Construction sales experience preferred. Must maintain a valid drivers license.Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
