If so, join us and gain essential training in a unique setting that will serve you for future projects.Responsibilities Manage and maintain court-related case files in accordance with organizational policies and standards Assist attorneys in collecting and analyzing relevant information and evidence Communicate effectively and proactively with clients Prepare and review court documents and correspondence submitted to various legal entities Stay on top of deadlines and keep an organized schedule Travel with lawyers and paralegals to court hearings, correctional facilities, and other legal offices Be present in the office full-timeQualifications Experience in office-related tasks Outstanding attention to detail Demonstrable commitment to completing tasks Ability to follow instructions Ability to interact in a professional manner with clients, staff, lawyers, and court personnel Great communication skills (English) Working knowledge of Microsoft programs Strong problem-solving skills Previous experience with criminal defense cases is an advantage Understanding of state and federal regulations, gathering of evidence, filing requirements, etc. is a plus Experience with sales and marketing and sales integration is desirable
