The Partner is required to have a proven track record of effectively selling and implementing commercial strategy consulting projects within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. This expertise should have been acquired while working in a consulting firm specializing in life sciences.


Responsibilities:

  1. Revenue Growth Leadership:
  • Drive the development and expansion of client relationships to achieve significant levels of profitable revenue.
  • Strategize and execute initiatives to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, ensuring sustained growth.
  1. Intellectual Capital Development:
  • Lead the advancement of the firm's intellectual capital through innovative client work, publications, speaking engagements, and other thought leadership channels.
  • Contribute to the evolution of industry best practices and standards through active engagement in relevant discourse.
  1. Talent Development:
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to foster their professional growth and development.
