**Concierge - Laetitia Vineyard & Winery**

Vintage Wine Estates is a dynamic, growing organization seeking a Concierge to join our team. Customer service is central in our culture, with focus on both our external and our internal customers. The concierge position requires a positive, friendly and professional demeanor. This position ensures the guests are welcomed and directed onto the property, creating the guests first impression and setting the tone for the entire experience. The secondary function of the concierge is to politely screen non-scheduled groups for appropriateness.
RESPONSIBILITES:
* Greet & facilitate arrival of guests to the property for tasting, reservations and events
* Responsible for positive customer interactions, specifically greeting and welcoming guests, checking guests in for appointments, and questions while managing the flow of tasting room traffic
* Remain in designated outside area for prolonged periods of time
* Actively remain aware of tasting room guest count, ensuring large unscheduled groups are handled on a basis of availability and guest well being
* Accurately track guest counts
* Assist with directing guests to the appropriate areas and answering other questions
* Assist with facility needs as requested by manager
* Perform other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ years experience in related field
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Valid CA drivers license with a clean record

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
