Wicked Staffing Solutions is currently seeking an entry level Recruiter to join our Portsmouth, NH team. If you have a strong background in customer service and would like to start a career in Staffing, send your resume to us! This is an onsite only position. Relocation is not available, please only local candidates to Portsmouth, NH.
Pay is based on experience. $17-20/hr plus monthly commission.

Responsibilities:
As a Rockstar Recruiter at Wicked Staffing Solutions, you'll be responsible for:
- Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conducting interviews and screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for client positions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional service.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement and onboarding.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve recruitment goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment or staffing a plus but not required. We are looking for someone who has a passion for helping people find their perfect job. A strong background in Customer Service field is very helpful.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative & savvy social media user.
- This position requires an onsite presence in our Portsmouth, NH office and does not offer remote work options.
