McKinley Marketing Partner's client is seeking an executive administrative assistant. This person will provide administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team. In addition, this role facilitates various events and projects for the company.
This position is fully onsite. Candidates must be able to commute to Centreville, VA. This is a short-term W2 contract. All McKinley roles include a competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, travel itineraries, expense reports, and correspondence for CEO and senior leadership team
- Plan and execute corporate meetings and events that wow our employees and business partners
- Welcome customers and partners from external organizations and facilitate their visits to the company headquarters
- Oversee projects recognizing employee milestones and achievements
- Provide additional support as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years executive support or office management experience
- Advanced skills with MS Outlook/Scheduling
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex travel arrangements including international travel
- Advanced expense reporting experience including entry, tracking and reconciliation with Concur or similar system
