Overnight Direct Support Professional

Job Details

Lakes Region Community Services, a non profit social services agency, is currently hiring for full time and part time overnight Direct Support Professionals (11pm-7 am or 10pm-6am) As a Direct Support Professional, you provide support to individuals who have developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain disorders. No experience is needed. On the job training is provided!

Responsibilities include

• Create and/or adhere to schedules designed for individuals
• Know and adhere to wheelchair and other medical equipment safety guidelines
• Ensure the health and safety of all individuals we support including medical, nutritional and hygiene needs
• Assist in ensuring all paperwork is complete, such as monthly progress notes, attendance logs, and vehicle documentation
• Meal prep as needed
• Light housekeeping as needed

Salary range for a Direct Support Professional ranges from $15.64-16.66 depending on education and experience.

Lakes Region Community Services offers a sign-on bonus of $750 to all newly hired Direct Support Professionals after 60 days of employment. We also offer referral bonuses of $750!

Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.

Valid NH Drivers' license, reliable vehicle, and agency-determined minimal motor vehicle insurance coverage are required. Satisfactory completion of background and applicable pre-employment physical capacity screening checks also required. We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
