**TOYOTA of CEDAR PARK is looking for Customer Service Representative for our service department who will be responsible for successfully following up with customers after their service visits, handling inbound/outbound service phone calls and scheduling service appointments. The right candidate will help us generate more service appointments and help our business grow and reach the next level.**

**Full Time/40 hours a week/Pays $30,000-$40,000/year - Hourly base plus bonuses**

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Answer incoming service calls.

* Make outbound calls to customers when service is due or to explain specials.

* Answer customer online inquires by email, phone, and text.

* Schedule service appointments. Reschedule no show service appointments.

* Follow up with customers to ensure their service visit was to satisfaction.

* Manage daily service schedule ensuring appointments are made at the customers conveniences.

**REQUIREMENTS:**

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* High School Diploma/GED is required

* Self-motivation

* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

* All applicants must have a valid Texas Drivers License with a clear MVR as well as submit to pre-employment screening to include criminal background check and drug screening.

* Bilingual is preferred but not required
