Client: Claims/Legal
Onsite everyday (New Hyde Park)
3 to 6 month temp to perm
Payrate: $21/hr

**Needs to Bilingual, reading, speaking and writing
Responsibilities

  • The ideal Bilingual Customer Service Representative can utilize their multitasking skills and has great attention to detail!
  • Handle an array of customer inquires
  • Swiftly gather and enter client data
  • Request documentation as needed and ensure proper follow-up with customers
  • Research customer issues and inquires
  • Rout customer calls to the appropriate department as needed
  • Collect and enter customer feedback
  • Email correspondence with customers and internal team members
Qualifications:
-Bilingual in Spanish
-Previous experience within a corporate enviornment
-Previous experience working with confidential documentation
-Speaking with Spanish speaking clients on the phone
-College degree preferred (Not Required)
