As an Event and Promotions Assistant, you will support our marketing and events team in planning, coordinating, and executing various events and promotional activities. You will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable insights and practical experience in event marketing and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities
- Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, and event setup/breakdown
- Support the creation of marketing materials and promotional content for events
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and evaluate event performance
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and promoting events
- Assist with on-site event management, including registration, attendee engagement, and troubleshooting
- Track and analyze event metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, public relations, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive event strategies
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Previous internship or experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required
