Our RN Case Managers have the lowest nurse-to-patient ratio in the valley which allows time to connect and care at a higher level. FireNote has cut our nurse's clinical charting time in half and allows for more time to be spent with your patients and your family.
Our current position is for a special type of RN who will provide care to patients where they live: private homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities, throughout the Treasure Valley. This position focuses on the end-of-life aspect of population health including pain and symptom management, comfort care, and quality of life.
