Required Qualifications Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. A willingness to learn and grow with our Company. Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check Preferred Qualifications 6 months Warehouse experience including forklift operation. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Knowledge of HVAC and truckload logistics is a plus.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the day-to-day warehouse upkeep, including picking and verifying orders, loading, and unloading of products, and inventory control using warehouse equipment state of the art technology . The ultimate goal of this role is to procure, process, and dispatch products to customers and vendors for one of our established wholesale HVAC distributorships.
