As a Risk Management Specialist, you will manage claims within your assigned Division(s) and/or subject matter area, which may include general/public liability claims and auto liability claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guides and supports Team Members with respect to accidents, injuries, and insurance matters.
- Liaises with Casey's claims administrators, insurers, outside counsel, and other partners to administer claims.
- Handles a variety of automobile and general liability claims including the investigation and settlement of certain claims.
- Interacts with Guests directly and in cooperation with Guest Relations to address concerns relating to alleged illnesses or injuries related to Casey's.
- Tracks and manages all claim activity to completion to achieve optimal results.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Paralegal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
- Experience in insurance, claims, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel.
