** Design Sales Assistant (Part Time) Crewe**

AddThis Sharing Buttons Join us as a Design Sales Assistant and youll become part of the Magnet family. This is a part time role to work 9-6 on a Saturday and 11-5 on a Sunday.
**What youll be doing**
Youll create a really warm welcome for all our customers and identify all sales opportunities by establishing what they are looking for. Youll support our end to end sales process and after sales service by completing all necessary administration and making sure our customer relationship management system is kept updated. Youll deal with all customer queries as professionally and quickly as possible, plus understand who our competition is and how we differ.
**How you qualify for the role**
Youll have good administration skills and an excellent approach to customer service (and preferably already have previous experience in a similar role within retail, administration, sales or customer service). Youll be a great team player and should be able to communicate clearly with both customer and colleagues. Good IT skills are essential and youll also need a flexible approach to working weekends and bank holidays.
