Outside Sales Representative - DAYTON


Job Details

Position Summary
Responsible for all aspects of dry ice sales to includedistribution and application equipment. The position is also responsible forcustomer service, which includes maintaining current customers as well asdeveloping new customers. This position reports to Region Sales Manager.

Position Accountabilities
Maintain high level ofpersonal safety performance and regulatory compliance.
Drive profitable growth ofthe territory business.
Prospect for new businessopportunities.
Negotiate new account andexisting account contract renewals.
Manage existing businessportfolio to maximize gross profit
Provide first line productand application support to customers and prospects.
Coordinate and managecommunication and support between Customer and CCPI.
Report sales activity timelyto sales management.
Identify cross-sellingopportunities and hand-off to other team members.
Support collections process,customer issues, and asset management as required.
Perform demonstrations arerequired for equipment.
Utilize value based sellingskills.
Price attainment initiatives.
Light work with travels up to80%
Required Skills:

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpretdocuments such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions,and procedural manuals.
Ability to write routinereports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectivelybefore groups of customers, clients, vendors, managers or employees oforganization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figuresand amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions,percentages, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts ofbasic algebra and geometry.




REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a varietyof concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret avariety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or scheduleform.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION
Valid Driver's License
3 years related experienceand/or training.
College diploma or equivalent combination of educationand experience
