Job Description:

Provide process and logistical support for the new client conversion lifecycle, assisting the Chief Growth Office (CGO) in all manners supporting the business development lifecycle. The Growth Process Specialist (GPS) is process-obsessed with a strong background in guiding client-facing team members down the path to closed business through in-depth knowledge of the client journey.

This role serves as the owner of the process "map" and will interface with team members across the company to ensure a consistent, trackable, and reportable approach to converting new business. This individual will be instrumental in contributing to the high-growth culture that has been created at Pathstone and in achieving our annual growth targets. Reporting to the Managing Director of the CGO, this candidate will be working side-by-side to ensure that the process from prospecting to conversion is adhered to, activated, and scaled effectively across the organization in all locations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. 3+ years of prior relevant experience is required. Business development lifecycle and client conversion experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be highly detail oriented. Knowledge and expertise of Salesforce or equivalent CRM is critical to the role. They will have hands-on expertise with CRM functionality, data analytics, as well as a technical, and process-oriented mindset. The candidate must be adept at working in a highly collaborative, dynamic, team-focused environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Day to day:

  • Support the CGO to provide a seamless experience for prospects and the Pathstone advisory team
  • Directly influence and enhance the experience for our conversion roadmap, inclusive of process automation, follow-up and follow-through by continuously improving the process, conversion rate, and conversion velocity
  • Interact directly with team members across the country who directly serve clients and prospects
  • Utilize Pathstone's target segmentation to recommend customization of collateral for the prospect journey and experience
  • Directly influence and improve the experience for our Client Advisory team in order to scale a consistent process that enables/protects future growth and conversion
  • Help colleagues optimize usage of available resources, tools, collateral, and systems


Technical:

  • Develop and maintain prospect and client records in Salesforce - creating reporting that prioritizes "high" priority prospects
    Note: Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience is required
  • Develop expertise with database and research systems like Relationship Science, Lexis Nexis, FINTRX, and others that will serve to identify and inform the conversion lifecycle
  • Prepare and provide system/tool presentations to explain to the advisory team how the products and services work and how they will complement individual activities
