* Managing and Measuring Store Sales
* Managing Sales Team's performance
* Generating new sales traffic through all sources
* Facilitating sales meetings
* Building Effective Teams Sourcing, recruiting, interviewing & selection
* Training and development of all staff
* CRM Lead distribution, lead follow up and audits
* Inventory management (Lot Repairs, Inventory Audits)
* Handling customer issues and complaints
* Underwriting
* Underwriting review
* Managing online reviews
* Provide Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support
* Home Office support
* Cash Handling
* Additional duties as required
