Job Details
The Sr Financial Analyst will provide decision support and analysis to business functional areas. This position will act with other members of the Commercial Finance team as co-pilots of the business with the functional leaders, helping to brainstorm, model solutions and find opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
You will be a valued Commercial Finance contact for functional area s activities
Deep understanding of finance principles, build and maintain the core financial model(s) to accurately forecast and analyze the business
Develop functional KPIs that link back to the financial plan of the company, working with the business intelligence team to continuously improve our reporting infrastructure
Work with business counterparts to create actionable reporting and mutual understanding of the financial impacts of KPI trends
Assist in the preparation of materials for the executive weekly & monthly business reviews and quarterly board meetings
Work with the FP&A team through the budgeting process to find cost saving and revenue growth opportunities, as well as calling out risks and opportunities that may affect the forecast
Deploy strategies into action to drive change in the business, pressure tests business decisions and influence leadership
