Overview:

We host many family activities around our resort property. These activities range from bonfires and Smores, cookie decorating, arts and crafts, storytelling, and ice cream socials.

The Activities Attendant Supervisor provides energy and excitement through knowledge of activities, events, and property locations while providing excellent guest service to go above and beyond in creating memorable experiences for our guests. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the various perks that come with working for an amazing resort!

Responsibilities:

The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this classification and are not all-inclusive of the specific position.

  • Set up and promote craft activities for all ages.
  • Provide evening entertainment for guests such as bonfires and smores, popcorn, organized activities both indoors and outdoors, and other themed special events throughout the season.
  • Assist with set up, break down, and execution of organized activities.
  • Be knowledgeable of resort activities to invite guests to events/activities
  • Maintain activity room appearance and cleanliness as well as keeping the crafting table organized & stocked with supplies throughout the day.
  • Taking payments for the non-complementary crafts.
  • Cleaning up of crafting area once an activity is finished.
  • Prepare treats, sample crafts, and gifts for guests when needed.
  • Working together with fellow team members towards the ultimate goal of increasing the value of our amenities and offerings on our resort.
  • Must be able to think on your feet and have the ability to problem-solve.
  • Assist with the creation of standard operating procedures for existing activities as well as new activities
  • Ensure Activity Attendants are following proper procedures and completing their duties promptly.
  • Provide guidance and support to Activity Attendants as needed
  • Ability to work varying schedules and times to coordinate with guest volume


Qualifications:
  • Must have strong people skills
  • Be able to work on feet in all weather conditions
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 1 year+ of supervisory experience is preferred but not required
