Job Details
Responsibilities for the Financial Controller:
- Drive cost efficiency enhancements at the Chantilly Service Center by scrutinizing cost structures and trends across labor, materials, overheads, building costs, and non-quality costs.
- Prepare local dashboards, conduct ad hoc financial analyses, and develop improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance.
- Generate monthly contributive profit and loss statements, offering in-depth analyses of revenue, gross margin, and inventory/spare part reconciliations.
- Support investment requests and facilitate the budgeting process by coordinating necessary information.
- Assist in analyzing headcount, operating expenses, and revenue variance for the service line, aiding in the preparation of the monthly Ops Call Deck.
- Lead the monthly rolling forecast process and contribute to transformation and process improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
Qualifications for the Financial Controller:
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, continuously innovating to tackle challenges and create value.
- Demonstrate perseverance and adaptability, embracing change with energy and resilience.
- Preferably experienced with Microsoft D365, TM1, and Anaplan, with a strong grasp of US GAAP/IFRS.
- Excel in analytical abilities, organizational skills, and communication prowess, fostering effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Exhibit a hands-on, detail-oriented approach, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks.
