Are you an Architectural Project Manager seeking an opportunity to join the ranks of architecture firm leadership?

The Architecture Project Manager position is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking architecture firm as a Project Manager, but also assume the role of a Director and Team Lead.

You will play a crucial role in overseeing the development of architecture projects from conception through completion in a traditional Project Manager role. However, you will also work closely with your team to direct them, interact with clients, community stakeholders, fellow architects, consultants and construction teams to ensure projects are delivered according to budget, schedule, and quality standards. The projects you will be involved with vary and include civic, corporate, housing, and hospitality.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and resources to allocate funds and materials.

Direct and orchestrate your architectural production team to ensure project success.

Navigate the intricate landscape of regulatory frameworks, zoning ordinances, and compliance mandates by establishing relationships with local authorities.

Monitor and disseminate progress reports to both internal and external stakeholders, while flexibly recalibrating strategies to effectively address emerging challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

Collaborating synergistically with architects and designers to craft projects that epitomize social inclusivity, environmental stewardship, and cultural sensitivity.

Actively engage with community constituents and stakeholders through dialogues to solicit invaluable insights and feedback, thereby ensuring that projects are tailored to address specific community requisites.


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Architecture, Masters degree preferred.

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in architectural project management, with a proven track record of successfully completed commercial or multifamily projects.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse groups.

Experience in community engagement and participatory design processes.

Deep commitment to social equity and experience working on projects aimed at serving communities.

Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Project.
