The Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to become a part of our marketing team focused on growing the North American market. The Americas marketing team is responsible for strategic planning, execution, and tracking of all marketing initiatives in North America (NA). As a Marketing Manager, you will become a key player in accelerating our growth.

This role requires a results-focused marketer who wants to make an impact. The ideal person will have at least three years of marketing experience and manage marketing activities and calendar rollout of NA marketing projects. Familiarity with financial services and the FinTech ecosystem is preferred. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns and events, as well as monitoring progress throughout the project lifecycle. Strong project management skills and a strong work ethic are essential to the success of this position.

This role will report to the Regional Head of Marketing for the Americas.

As a Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Research, develop, and work cross-functionally to bring innovative demand generation and digital marketing campaigns for various business segments to generate pipeline
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives to life to support business objectives
  • Manage event calendar and assist with the planning, coordination, and promotion of field marketing activities, webinars, events, and tradeshows
  • Research and analyze external market information, including market trends, competitor offerings, product specifications, and compliance market trends, and use findings to help inform marketing activities, content, and tactics
  • Manage the deployment of deliverables such as emails, social posts, etc.
  • Interact, liaise, and communicate with third-party vendors (i.e. printers, event contractors, etc.)
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with sales, product marketing, social, digital, content/creative, channel marketing and customer success teams
  • Manage daily marketing responsibilities, monitor progress, and track performance of marketing initiatives
  • Use data and analytics to measure KPIs as well as analyze and report on the effectiveness of strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Keep up to date on the latest products, trends, and insights across platforms (social media, blog, print/digital magazines.)
  • Partners with the sales to move generated leads through the sales process
  • Keep up to date with regulatory and compliance legislation and relevant news events
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

About you:

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or another related field
  • Marketing experience: 3-5 years
  • Event planning and management experience: 2 years
  • Must be proficient in MS Office product suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a constantly changing fast-growing start-up environment
  • Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work well as part of a team and independently

  • Ability to multitask, and manage multiple ongoing projects, while adhering to strict deadlines

  • Comfortable working with Salesforce, Wordpress and Google Analytics

Preferred Skills/ Nice to Haves:
  • B2B technology or SaaS experience in compliance or financial services marketing
  • Account-based marketing (ABM) experience
  • Copywriting skills
  • Knowledge of web design and SEO
  • Experience working with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign
  • Experience using Hubspot
  • Bilingual - English and Spanish

The base salary range for this role is $85,000-100,000 with equity, and US benefits. The actual pay may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and skills.
