Location: New York
Employment Type: Full-time, 4 days onsite.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff, including drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and affidavits under attorney supervision.
- Maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of client information.
- Assist with case management tasks, including organizing discovery materials, tracking deadlines, and coordinating court filings.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
MUST HAVE Qualifications:
- At least four years of recent experience as a legal secretary or legal executive assistant
- Litigation or employment law experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
