Our client is a leading employment law firm specializing in IP law, Digital Assets, and Labor & Employment. They are currently seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to contribute to their mission of delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.


Position: Legal Secretary

Location: New York

Employment Type: Full-time, 4 days onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff, including drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
  • Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and affidavits under attorney supervision.
  • Maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of client information.
  • Assist with case management tasks, including organizing discovery materials, tracking deadlines, and coordinating court filings.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.


MUST HAVE Qualifications:

  • At least four years of recent experience as a legal secretary or legal executive assistant
  • Litigation or employment law experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
