Extension is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Oak Creek, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities- Provide strong written and verbal communication to customers with product inquiries, order entry or updates
- Answer incoming calls and emails and appropriately enter orders into ERP system
Desired Skills & Qualifications - High school diploma
- 1-2+ years of call center or customer service experience within manufacturing/distribution setting
- ERP experience preferred
