In this role you will collaborate with development leads, account managers, and clients with the purpose of designing, building, documenting and testing solutions for data interchanges and business processes. You must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. In this role you will collaborate and coordinate activities with diverse groups, including stakeholders, sponsors, team leads, vendors, other project managers, and technical staff, producing high quality code and documentation. A sound working understanding of IT concepts and the IT design & delivery life cycle is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development leads, account managers, and clients to design, build, document, and test solutions for data interchange and business process automation, primarily using Oracle PL/SQL and application tools
- Support and maintain existing products (Oracle, PL/SQL, Python):
- Research, identify and fix bugs
- Write SQL queries for troubleshooting
- Assist Support team and clients with product features and how best to use and apply them
- Develop minor and major product enhancements
- Create utilities for internal business needs
- Contribute to code migration to web environment (MySQL)
Education/Experience:
- 3-5 years of professional Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL programming experience, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, table designs and some Python
- Some middle-tier or front-end coding experience C#.NET, Angular Typescript a plus
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office products
- Previous work experience in a fast paced customer centric service setting
- Ability to research and solve problems independently
- Ability to communicate well with non-technical staff
