Flooring Operations Manager


Job Details

Working on a Flooring Operations Manager position in the Charlotte / Indian Trail region. They will be responsible for running day to day operational functions for the branch location including ordering materials, AIA billing, coordinating project schedules, organizing labor and installation crews, contract administration, tracking the orders, coordinating materials and labor for the jobsite, assisting with bids and proposals, communicating project updates and work schedules with clients and general contractors, etc They will be responsible for generating purchase orders, verifying the correct quantities were received in the warehouse, inventory checks and adjustments, etc They will be the liaison between the company, clients & general contractors. This position will work out of their Charlotte / Indian Trail office.


They ideally want someone with commercial construction or contracting type of experience due to the technical nature of the contracts and also someone who understands the commercial construction processes.
