Job Details
An MSP client of ours based in Wenatchee, WA is looking for a Cloud/Systems Technician that ideally has previous MSP experience or has supported multiple end users with multiple locations.
Their preference is someone local to Wenatchee/Leavenworth/Chelan/Cashmere/Moses Lake. They are open to remote candidates but you must be located in WA State and able to make a strong case for having success working remotely in the past and being extremely customer service oriented.
There will be a required 2-week on-site training upon hire (hotel, food, etc. paid for).
Must haves:
- Tier III Help Desk Support skillset
- At least 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role (depending on skill level)
- Strong experience within Azure - Azure AD, backup/disaster recovery, IAM, automation, etc.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows operating systems and applications
- Experience with Office 365 administration and support
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting multiple end users with multiple locations or experience at an MSP
Nice to haves:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in an MSP environment is strongly preferred
- Current Microsoft cloud or Azure certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) or ability to obtain certification within the first 6 months of employment.
