FAMILY ENGAGEMENT NIGHT FACILITATOR
Job Description
Family engagement facilitators would be tasked with assisting and supporting the implementation of the parent events either at Wolf Hill and/or Maple Place School.
Wolf Hill "Family Fun Night" - February 29, 2024
Maple Place "Night of the Arts" - May 14, 2024
Tasks will include:
* Working with coordinators to brainstorm ideas (as needed)
* Assisting with the setup and breakdown of the event under the guidance of the coordinators and administration
* Managing the assigned activities/task for the evening
* Communicating with the coordinators and/or administration during the event as needed
* Assisting with communication events through both district communications and social media
Rate of Pay: $51.00 per hour as per the OEA CBA not to exceed five hours. Salaries to be funded through the ARP ESSER grant.
