Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role of Licensed Mortgage Broker at Swift Home Loans Inc. located in Birmingham, MI. The role involves creating and presenting mortgage solutions, working with customers to understand their financial needs and goals, managing multiple applications, and interacting with underwriters and processors to ensure a smooth closing process.

- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Active Michigan Loan Originator License and National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) ID
- Experience in mortgage lending and sales is required
