Perini Management Services Inc., is seeking Electrical Superintendent for our office in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
As an Electrical Superintendent at Perini Management Services, reporting to Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising all electrical work while maintaining the full operational mission of the Coast Guard base.
- Assume responsibility for productivity of electrical subcontractors, efficient use of materials & equipment, and contractual performance of the project.
- Provide technical assistance, i.e., interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, etc., for installation of new electrical, fire alarm and communication systems.
- Assist project management in developing and implementing phased work plans including temporary and permanent work to minimize impact to the base.
- Experience with plans and equipment layout including large amperage switchgears, transformers, and panels.
- Implementing and maintaining Site Specific Safety Plan.
Requirements:- Licensed Electrician
- Experience with projects including medium/low voltage electrical distribution construction in excess of $10MM.
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years electrical supervision experience.
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of electrical construction (electrical code, equipment, methods); jurisdiction and safety required. Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills essential.
- OSHA 30 Certification
