The Driveway Delivery Coordinator team is responsible for the coordination of activities related to sold vehicle deliveries and post-sale follow-up. A more detailed list of the activities is listed below. This position requires a high skill level in communication and customer satisfaction. The Driveway Agent on the Post-Sale team reports to the Driveway Manager.
**Position Overview**
* Communicates with store management personnel to confirm the availability of vehicle sold on Driveway, and ensures the vehicle is removed from the lot and marked as sold
* Works with the Driveway Logistics team to arrange for transportation of vehicle from Selling store to nearest fulfillment center, where the vehicle is staged and prepped for final mile delivery
* Responsible for keeping customer informed on status of their vehicle delivery
* Responsible for updating Status Log on the Post Sale section
* Discloses to the customer vehicle condition through additional photos
* Coordinates with Driveway Valets, store management, and customer for final delivery
* Updates customer on transport and delivery status
* Follows up with customer to ensure complete satisfaction
* Works with customer to resolve any vehicle issues
* Ensures selling deal has paid off trade in a timely matter

* Well-developed computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
* Understands the complexity of online retail
* Excellent communication skills-written and verbal

**Lithia Hiring Requirements**
* High school graduate or equivalent.
* 18 years or older
* Possess an acceptable driving record and valid drivers license in state of residence
* A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment
* Clear pre-employment drug screen
