Do the RIGHT THINGS.A Live-in Caregiver performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):
- Personal Hygiene
- Ambulation/Transfers
- Dressing/Shaving
- Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions
- Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
- Perform light housekeeping activities
- Provide companionship and engage client in appropriate activities
Where You'll go: Acton, Arlington, Bedford, Belmont, Billerica, Burlington, Carlisle, Chelmsford, Concord, Groton, Lexington, Littleton, Lincoln, Lowell, Tewksbury, Westford, Wilmington, Winchester, and Woburn, MA.
Requirements- 18+ years of age
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
- Must have a valid driver's license, automobile and current automobile insurance
- High school diploma or GED
- Meet the requirements for employees providing direct patient care including pass a full employment background check
- Successful completion of a Competency Evaluation during the interview process that meets the State licensing law for home health agencies
- 1+ year of experience as a personal caregiver (with an agency or private)
- Current CPR Certificate is recommended
- CNA, HHA, or PCA training certificate is preferred but your experience is also a factor
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as client requested
