Responsibilities of the **Painter** include, but are not limited to:

* Ability to evaluate, inspect surfaces and prepare subject areas using techniques such as sanding, blasting, wire-brush, scraping, brushing-out, rolling and cleaning

* Proficiency in blending, mixing, toning additives, masking, spraying/applying/baking in the powder-coating process in addition to polyurethane-, marine-, latex paints and any protective coating as required

* Proficiency in performing equipment maintenance, maintain a safe environment around paint spray-, sand blast booth, oven, bead blaster and other power equipment

* Interface with other production personnel and engineering as well as administrative personnel

Qualifications of the **Painter** include, but are not limited to:

* Experience in industrial painting

* Forklift experience

* Proven ability to handle & maintain HI and LO pressure spray equipment, sand blast equipment, oven and powder coating equipment

* Proven ability to interpret drawings, written instructions

**Additional Information:**

Physical Demand: Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Education: High School Diploma or GED
