Civil Litigation Defense Attorney

Franke Schultz & Mullen is seeking to add Attorneys to our civil litigation defense practice in our Kansas City office. Represent the firm s insurance company clients and their insureds, and corporate clients, in all facets of civil litigation. Conduct legal research, negotiation, and prepare pleadings, discovery, and motions. Manage cases independently and as a part of the case team.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Missouri state bar; Illinois bar a plus
• Prior experience in civil litigation
• Strong legal research skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
